Well as I lay here on my near death bed, praying to the green god NyQuil to take me from this misery into a comma filled world of hallucinatory dreams and meth addled hypothesizing I've found myself "just what are the most common New Years Resolutions?"
after quickly scouring the google I put away my bromide and steel wool and compiled this quick list. So What are your new years resolutions?
After a quick look the site promised some pretty bold things, so I quickly set up a test blog post following it's vaguest instructions to merely mention the site itself. My simple blog entry was in fact spidered and listed within ten minutes, and then I went on my way expecting 6 or 7 people to click on the link sometime later today.
It's been maybe 4 hours and I've gotten just over 350 views already, so I have to say I'm pretty impressed. Thus I've gone ahead and created a post on this blog.
and the onslaught of Holiday videos continues. Now that the animation is out of the way, let's start things off right with a sexy girl in a sexy outfit talking all sorts of Christmas dirty.
Lazer Collection Holiday Edition - Sexy Time
This Season - Have a Blast!
What better way to spend the holidays then with a sexy little number. And this one's got a big dose of yule tide innuendo.
So Get Ready to "stick a wreath on your door" if you know I mean Lay back and let us "set up a nativity scene on your lawn" if you catch my drift.
Wouldn't this make a great greeting card?
More Holiday and Laser videos are on their way!
Shoop da Whoop and to all a good

In honor of getting the front page feature stickam gave me two webcam's two give out on air.
That was a lot of fun, I want to try and get more stuff to giveaway.
If anyone has products they'd like to give away on air let me know. (provided you're willing to take care of shipping as well). In exchange for several on air shout outs of your brand/company name etc. Hit me up on gmail @ samproof
Ironically I woke up the other day to find out I was on the front page.
MG Phenom had texted. My first reaction was "aww, fuck" not because I was excited, but because for the past week I've been shooting and editing like a bandit and my dream of getting just one of potentially 7 videos that I'm cutting featured or even spotlighted faded away.
Anyway, in the wake of the front page feature I did get up the first of my holiday series of videos. A return to animation, which I haven't done in forever. I miss it, I choose to do some very simple animation just trying to focus on the sketch at hand.
Here is the result:
Oh yea and at the cafe "The Final Countdown" is playing. Fuck yea.
And so it goes the front page of youtube is a fleeting glory once held in a hand covered in slippery oil trying to grasp a marble made of mercury.
However a mere 3 days ago (which seems like eons) the video I directed and conceived was featured on the front page of youtube. Amy Vorpahl stars in the video and wrote the lyrics (and sang the song) and a cavalcade of people helped out on the production.
As for being pushed down to the 17th spot by day 3, no biggie. Project Awesome is a great concept and even to share page space with it is an honor. We got almost 400,000 hits in the few days on the front page and that's cool. So now onward and upward to whatever's next
While I was hanging at youtube live in the ever growing waiting line for commoners with Star Wars Dork I was interviewed by an odd little man in a odder fake mustache. I never had the chance to ask the man "Hey, who the fuck are you anyway" but soon it faded into the muddle of memories and I quickly forgot it existed till Lyssa IM'd me a link and I posted it here for all of you.
Well an unnecessary evil of the whole not being a 50,000+ subscriber mega eStar was standing in a long line with your printed out paper eTicket.
but thankfully I ended up having someone cool to stand in line with the whole time, thanks Starwarsdork. Below is what happened moments before we stood in line for 40 minutes.
With an estimated 1500 to 2200 guests at youtube live (most of which cam equipped with a recording device) it's to be expected if you were there, you're on "tape" somewhere.
I've just begun to really been start the search but I think appearing in a Lisa Nova video is a pretty good place to start.
But how many times can you find me?
More videos to come, have you seen me in other videos? Let me know!
Last Sunday I finally met with my newly formed writers group.
We sat around pitched ideas for holiday inspired sketches. There were about half a dozen of us, and we each left with an idea to work on for this coming Sunday. So something big is brewing at for the SamProof channel. It's just got 600% more funnier.
We don't have an official name yet, but we don't have a first video or even sketch script yet so no worries. but the group itself is made up of all Upright Citizens Brigade Alumni - so you know it's gonna be good.
I don't tend to talk about shows I'm going to. However tomorrow at UCB theater Los Angeles one of my favorite Musical performers is going to be playing live at UCB's Midnight Show.
Tim Kasher
Kasher is known for 'The Good Life' with Connor of Bright Eyes, and then went on to form the amazing band 'Cursive'.
The show is only 5 bucks, so head over and make your reservations quick!
In the mean time, this is one of my favorite videos featuring Kasher playing guitar acoustically on a rooftop.
But a new show isn't all. Failpire's got a brand new Wikipedia at it's disposal. Check it out, and if you're a wikihead - join up and help us out by create pages and editing the pages we've started about previous guests, shows and more.
And if you haven't already head over to the Community site at Ning as well and get to know each other.
I've got some big plans for Failpire in 2009, including the return of the 100 hour Video Challenge 'Short Race', Prizes, Contests and more.
And remember to upload your videos to our video section for a chance to be our weekly 'User Submitted video' and be played live on the show for hundreds of viewers.
Getting back in to the swing of things I figure I haven't posted enough on here lately, so prepare to have your minds blown in the world of blogging.
I haven't the foggiest what any of that really means. But the point being I've been lack in my blogs, and now I'm gonna get jiggy with it. I hope that clears things up.
I don't want to go completely crazy here and over load you with reading, so to get started it's been about two weeks since Youtube Live. It was a pretty crazy little event, especially for me. I went up with only plans of getting there and getting home, and nothing in between. No Hotel Room, no real schedule, just a sense of adventure.
Before I go in to details (in an upcoming blog) Here's a quick video I did about the event.
This is the Official Personal blog of youtuber/video maker/author/comedian Sam Proof.
You may know him as Raz from Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! - He's also the host of the popular live streaming web show Failpire (with Co Host Natalia Reagan), the Improv Comedy team 'Donut Video' and his ever growing web presence.
