So for starters I'm just here making a list of things I want to blog about!

I have so many thoughts in a day, I could probably sit here blogging from dusk till dawn and back again. So I'm actually gonna see what I can do along those lines.

I think the more things I straight out, put out there the more accountable I'll hold myself. So above are a list of things I'm going to blog about, asap!

The Price of Success

Hey Folks,

So I'm sitting here procrastinating on cutting one of two videos I have imported, that I need to finish... so naturally instead I'm blogging. (here & on podpocalypse.com)

Here's the problem, it's not the procrastination.

It's not the 5 posts I put up that got only a handful of views.

The problem is stuff like this : 5 Epic Things – Dramatic Photographs

Out of nowhere it suddenly jumps from 20 views to 200.
And now I'm stuck hitting the refresh button watching as ever 20 seconds or so it jumps again.

And then it slows at 212 and you're wondering "Why did that get so many more views, then the obligatory post with a hot chick(NSFW) in it!" and then you're stuck thinking "why the hell did it only get that many views!?"

Oh wait it just got another one. Ok, it's not dead in the water yet.

But see here's the rub, success on the web becomes instant obsession. I'll sit here not editing for hours cycling through tabs and hitting the refresh button on the stats window as I come back to it.

I think I need an app that reads out my wordpress stats every 5 seconds. Then maybe I'd stop looking at it and actually come close to getting stuff done.

New Blog Project

Hey Folks,

So I'm always working on something. Spreading myself out too thin and then burning out.

But now I've come up with a new project aimed at generating a community of creative people that can grow together.

It's a group of bloggers/vloggers/cartoonists and humorists coming together in one place to share their ideas, things they find on the web and opinions.

My team has already been joined by the talented and funny mypinkelephants & mgphenom from youtube.

and I'm talking to a few other people as well.

If you're interested let me know!

I'm looking for people that can do a weekly blog. Though you can more, you can do videos, you just post photoshopped things you've done.

Topics can be Anything that's web related, comedy, Movie, TV, comics, etc

What's new in May

So Quick update on stuff.

First I finally got last weeks 'Jenni Likes it!!!!!' segment up on podpocalypse.

And while I'm talking about that, That channel just passed 100 subs already. Thanks guy! Really soon I'll have some cooler stuff to put up there, like musical performances and interviews etc.

Second point of action. Round 1 of Micro NonStars ended yesterday. I'll be posting 2 new battles for Round 2 later today. at http://failpire.ning.com/page/micro-nonstars

Thirdly hmm what the fuck was thirdly.

Oh I may be having Shane Dawson as my guest on this weeks failpire, cross your fingers. Or don't w/e.

I've had this gift certificate for amazon for almost a year. So in honor of my birthday I made a few purchases including a 2 usb extension chords and a multi media card reader (I've had stuff stuck on one of my camera's for months - hence the up and coming music performances for podpocalypse). I got a few other things but it totally escapes me right now... maybe mini dv tapes.

So that's the quick and narrow.

Oh and if you haven't voted on video fight club this week, go forth. I got a hottie to guest host it this week.

Hanging with the tubers

Hey Folks,

Just came from hanging out with these guys



Now it's 1am and I'm feeling like I need to get some things accomplished.


I don't know what it was but hanging out made me realize I have so many things I've let fall to the waste side and I want to pick them back up before they've lost all steam.

That's part of the problem with being me, I have no less then 100 ideas at any given time that I want to work on. There's only so much time in a day. I need an army of people at my side helping with all the projects. That said I'm glad that Failpire/Podpocalypse has begun to gain a staff.

I'm still looking for more people to help out, especially with some web elements like blogging and searching the web for stuff. So if you're interested in volunteering your time let me know.
