The Hawk Show interview was a live stream on Ustream, July 14th 2010, we talked about Raz, the fiesta movement, watched a few of my youtube videos, and drank some Mexican beer. There's also some footage in there from hawk's visit to Exxxotica Expo
For starters I'm back working in reality TV - I'll get to that in the future...
I've been dating this girl. If that's what you want to call it. I mean I suppose it fits. Thing is. there's a deadline. Come July we're splitzville. and honestly, for some reason, having that knowledge seems to have made this the best relationship I've ever had. Give or take, top 3 for sure.. I mean in order for it to really be the best I suppose it wouldn't end.
Anyway, that's neither here nor there. I just wanted to put it down for posterity sake.
My improv team Donut Video has been performing a lot and we recently got accepted in to the Del Close Marathon (which is a big deal in the community, I know people that didn't get in that are pissed). So end of July (after being really depressed from losing the best girl i've ever dated) something awesome happens and I go to New York with my team. that'll be amazing.
Also come End of July I think we turn over the keys for a Ford fiesta (which I've driven like 6 times)... I don't know, the whole thing barely existed for me except as stress and disappointments... I honestly had to fight for every ounce of fun I wanted to have. And I wish it had been a different event all together. I still love the things I actually got to do. but I just wanted so much more out of it.
Anyway Thursday our short film plays on the big screen in Burbank... but you can get the small screen version right here.
Finally I'm executive producing two shows. one with my fiesta partner Jen Friel (which I've talked about)...
but Also - and now introducing 'The AFK Show' - AFK will take you away from the keyboard and on location to some of the coolest new web shows being shot in Hollywood, by professionals, indies and even youtubers!
So I just received a tag on facebook. I have a defense mechanism, typically I'll get a tag, click a link and go "great now I'm gonna get stupid notifications everytime someone responds to this"
Today I sat laughing to myself.

If you're unfamiliar with Trista, she's a one time vlogger that just returned to vlogging. She doesn't do it often, or at least not often enough as far as I'm concerned but I enjoy watching her.
PS - for the record, this is the 2nd LA Fiesta teams Mural wall. Which is why I thought it was even funnier. Our Mural wall should be completed tomorrow at 7753 Melrose Avenue. Jen and I will be there, come join us!

I have so many thoughts in a day, I could probably sit here blogging from dusk till dawn and back again. So I'm actually gonna see what I can do along those lines.
I think the more things I straight out, put out there the more accountable I'll hold myself. So above are a list of things I'm going to blog about, asap!

It's only 3 months in and I'm re evaluating the list. A lot of the things have been nipped and tucked. Some of the names have changed to protect the innocent and interestingly enough something haven't changed at all.
I'm not going to go over the whole list and it's nips and tucks.
I'm narrowing my focus to 3 things
Not that I don't plan to do the other things. But sometimes You need to tell yourself to focus
From now on, beyond all the Fiestamovement stuff I do and talk about - my main goals are this:
1) Expand on Video Fight Club 2) Produce the Webseries Hat Trick 3) Publish my Novel 'Gone'
I've rallied against POD/Self Publishing in the past, and now I'm going to throw everything I've said out the window and see if I can make it work.
I'll be exploring companies with a new eye, picking one very soon and publishing my book.
I plan to also provide a version to download to Kindle, etc.
I hope as my friends and followers you'll take a chance on my novel - I've had some amazing feedback on it already. But you're the ones that are going to help me make the jump from Self Publish to National Distribution on Bookstore shelves.
I made this video way too long ago, and lost my momentum. I'm back baby!
Yesterday Jen and I landed in Detroit, got our tech package met a bunch of other agents and the marketing guys (everyone is super awesome).
And then Lisa Mother F'ing Simpson showed up! I've known Becca like 3 years know via youtube, but this was the first time we've met in person. It was so cool though, we didn't skip a beat it was just like we'd seen each other just last week and were just meeting up again. We had a great time.
She came barring gifts too! Beer and Chocolates. and they're both amazingly good, local made stuff.
I'll upload pics of the stuff later, cause right now I've gotta run to Ford HQ!
God I'm kind of just going through the motions this week. I'm like sleepwalking through the days until Friday rolls around.
I almost called off Video Fight Club for the week, because the actress was running late. Now I'm sitting on some videos I could be editing. I could be setting things up for future projects. Hell I could be doing laundry.
But man I just want to float along until Friday, until I'm in Detroit.
Hell I've still got the spare tire on my car. Not that I've been driving it anywhere, but I wanted to take care of that already.
It's not that I'm not doing things, I'm actually still just as busy as always but I can feel "it" inside me. I want to be a sloth. I want to Sleep the days away and wake up on an East bound plane.
You know something big is coming and it's like "Can I just stop doing this crap already?"
Not that I do crap, I mean sometimes, but don't judge! :)
So here I sit in a holding pattern, waiting to taxi to my destination (both literally and figuratively.) In the meantime I best be running off so I can scarf food and head over to the top story weekly writers meeting.
